Co-Founder Karma Tribe, Hatha Flow, Vinyasa, Forrest Inspired, Yin & Breathwork

Over a decade ago, feeling burnt out by the fast-paced world of fashion, Lex booked a trip to Bali in search of balance. It was there, while training for her freediver L1, that she discovered the transformative power of yoga and breathwork. What began as a personal journey of healing became the foundation for a more conscious way of living - grounded in presence, movement, and deep inner connection.

Lex’s practice is rooted in the traditional principles of Hatha Yoga, and over the years has expanded to include Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. She completed her teacher training at OrangeYoga Studio and is currently deepening her studies toward a 500-hour advanced teaching qualification.

Lex’s teaching style is inspired by her own path, offering a gentle yet empowering space to reconnect with body, breath, and inner calm. Her Hatha Flow classes blend the steady strength of Hatha with the fluidity of Vinyasa, incorporating moments of stillness inspired by Yin Yoga to encourage deeper release. Breathwork is at the heart of her classes, a tool to energise, restore, and support emotional and physical healing - influenced by teachings from Forrest Yoga.

Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat, Lex welcomes all levels with warmth, care, and a deep belief in the healing power of yoga practice to reconnect to ourselves.

Co-Founder Karma Tribe, Vinyasa & Yin Yoga

Movement, connection, and wellbeing have always been at the heart of Imogen’s life. With a background as a secondary school PE teacher, she discovered early on the joy of supporting others to move with confidence and feel empowered in their bodies.

Alongside raising her three wonderful boys Freddie, Harry, and George and co-founding a property business with her husband, Imogen has always made space for her passion for health and movement.

That passion naturally led her to yoga, where she found not only physical strength, but also a deeper sense of mental clarity, presence, and purpose.

Imogen completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in December 2023 and is currently continuing her studies toward a 500-hour advanced training.

Her classes blend a dynamic yet gentle flow, soft and strong, steady and fluid moving with a sense of rhythm and grace. With a kind, intuitive approach, Imogen guides her students through sequences that build strength, invite softness, and encourage a deep connection to breath and body. Her teaching is welcoming and grounded in a genuine desire to help others find balance, confidence, and calm both on and off the mat.
